Terms of Service

Milqit Dairy Pvt. Ltd. runs the Milqit website and app and sells dairy, fruit, vegetables, flowers and daily essentials for delivery in Nagpur. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

• You need a mobile number that receives our one-time codes. Keep your phone secure — anyone with access to it can sign in.
• Give us accurate addresses and contact details; we can't be responsible for deliveries that fail because of wrong details.
• You must be at least 18, or order with a parent or guardian's permission.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of offers, or abuse of our riders and staff.

• Prices include GST and are shown in rupees. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
• Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more; smaller orders have a ₹25 delivery fee. The minimum order is ₹49.
• Fresh produce is sold by approximate weight or count; small natural variation is expected.
• An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error — you'll get a full refund.

• Milk plans deliver on the days you choose, at a 8% discount on each item.
• Pause, skip, change or stop your plan in the app before 10 PM for the next morning. Changes after that apply from the following day.
• Plan deliveries are paid from your Milqit wallet or your chosen payment method each week. If a payment fails, we'll pause deliveries until it's settled.

• Wallet balance can be used for Milqit orders only (up to ₹100 per order unless an offer says otherwise). It can't be withdrawn as cash or transferred, except refunds, which you can ask to have sent back to the original payment method.
• Coupons and referral rewards have their own conditions, shown with the offer. One coupon per order.

Some products come in returnable glass bottles that remain ours. Leave empties out for the rider on your next delivery. Bottles that aren't returned or come back broken may be charged at the bottle deposit amount shown at checkout.

We take care that what we sell is fresh, safe and as described, and we fix problems as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Please contact us first at care@milqit.in or 1800 210 4455 (every day, 6 AM – 10 PM) — most problems are solved the same day. If not, courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
