Delivery & service areas

We deliver across most of Nagpur. Enter your pincode when you add an address — if we don't reach you yet, we'll say so before you order.

• Order by 10 PM and it arrives the next morning.
• Choose a slot at checkout: 5:30–6:30, 6:00–7:00 or 6:30–7:30 AM.
• You can book up to 7 days ahead.
• We deliver every day of the year, including Sundays and holidays, unless weather or local restrictions make it unsafe — we'll message you if a morning is affected.

• Free on orders of ₹499 or more.
• ₹25 on smaller orders, shown at checkout before you pay.

• Riders leave orders at your door or with security unless your delivery note says otherwise — add notes like a gate code or 'ring the bell' to your address.
• If nobody can receive a cash-on-delivery order, the rider will call you; if we can't deliver, we'll refund any amount you paid.
• Leave empty glass bottles out and the rider will take them back.

If your order arrives after your slot ends, that morning's milk is on us — refunded to your wallet automatically, no need to ask.
